Job description:
• Responsible for conditional and preventive maintenance of screw air compressors.
• Keeping maintenance record of machines, daily job cards record of machine
• Prepare preventive maintenance, schedule of machines & daily reports
• To monitor Boiler, CRU and R.O ongoing activities and management
• Generate report of Boiler, Reverse Osmosis Unit, Caustic Recovery Unit, Power House, Production
• Generate monthly costing of utilities(operational, labor, chemical, maintenance, utility & Spares)
• Supervising commissioning and maintenance details of machines
• Involved in trouble shooting of boiler house and various activities of utilities.
• To monitor Boiler, CRU(caustic recovery unit) operation and R.O operation
• Planning and supervising on on-going projects
• Developing Engineering drawings, schematics and P&IDs and assisting in preparing technical report and feasibility report
• Calculations for hot water recoveries
• Calculations for Boiler Consumptions & efficiency
• Preparing BOQ
• Attending meetings related to Boilers, RO plant, Effluent Treatment Plant and Generator.
